Volvo's P1 platform — covering the S40, V50, C30, and C70 from 2004 to 2013 — is the most represented in our current inventory, with electric power steering pump assemblies and structural components available for this generation. The P2 platform covering the S60 and V70 is also stocked, including factory audio units. New OEM Volvo parts carry a significant premium; used OEM components from accident-damaged low-mileage donors deliver the same factory engineering and exact fitment at 50–65% less.

P1 Platform — S40, V50, C30, C70 (2004–2013)

Volvo's P1 platform is shared with the Ford Focus and Mazda 3 at its foundation, though Volvo-specific components are platform-unique. Our P1 inventory currently includes electric power steering pump assemblies for the S40, V50, and C70 — the EPS pump is a known failure point on this generation, and used OEM is significantly more cost-effective than the new dealer unit. We also stock the C70 convertible rear suspension subframe crossmember, which is specific to the soft-top body structure.

P2 Platform — S60, V70 (2001–2007)

Our P2 inventory currently includes the factory Volvo HU-850 RDS radio and 6-disc CD changer stereo unit — a factory-integrated unit for S60 and V70 (2005–2008) that is difficult to source in clean condition. The HU-850 is the correct factory unit for vehicles without the premium sound system upgrade.
