Collection: Hummer

Browse our inventory of used OEM Hummer parts sourced from US-based salvage facilities. Hummer was discontinued by General Motors in 2010, making quality used OEM components increasingly difficult to source through conventional channels. The H2's GMT800 platform sharing with the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, and the H3's GMT345 sharing with the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon, provides access to a much larger used parts pool than Hummer-only sourcing allows. Free shipping on all US orders. VIN fitment confirmed before dispatch.

Despite being discontinued over a decade ago, Hummer vehicles remain on the road in significant numbers — particularly the H2 and H3, which were built in far greater quantities than the H1. Used OEM parts are the primary replacement option for Hummer owners, and GreenGears Auto is one of the few retailers actively stocking and sourcing genuine factory Hummer components.

Hummer Models & GM Platform Cross-Reference

Hummer Model GM Platform / Cross-Reference Key Notes
Hummer H2 (2003–2009) GM GMT820 platform — Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban / GMC Yukon (GMT800) The H2 shares its body-on-frame architecture with the GMT800 Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon family — transfer cases, rear differential carriers, intake manifolds (6.0L Vortec V8), and ABS pump assemblies cross-reference directly. The H2 SUT (pickup variant) shares components with the Avalanche. This is the most practical cross-reference available for H2 owners
Hummer H3 / H3T (2006–2010) GM GMT345 platform — Chevrolet Colorado / GMC Canyon The H3 and H3T pickup share the GMT345 compact truck platform with the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Front subframes, transfer cases, and engine components (3.5L/3.7L inline-5, 5.3L V8) cross-reference with Colorado and Canyon of the same year. The H3 is significantly more capable off-road than the Colorado it's derived from, but uses the same core drivetrain
Hummer H1 (1992–2006) AM General HMMWV-derived (proprietary chassis) The H1 is the civilian version of the military HMMWV and uses a largely proprietary body-on-frame architecture. While GM engines (6.5L diesel, 6.6L Duramax, 5.7L V8) are fitted, the chassis, axles, and body components are H1-specific with very limited external cross-references. H1 parts are among the rarest in the used market

Finding Hummer Parts Through GM Cross-References

H2 — Search Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban (Same Year)

The Hummer H2 uses the same transfer case, rear differential, front differential, and most engine components as the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban from the same production year range. If the H2 part you need isn't listed in our Hummer collection, search our Chevrolet collection for the Tahoe or Suburban equivalent — it's a direct fit with significantly better availability.

H3 — Search Chevrolet Colorado (Same Year and Engine)

The Hummer H3 shares its GMT345 platform with the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Front subframe crossmembers, transfer cases, and drivetrain components from a Colorado of the same year and engine variant are direct fits for the H3. Search our Chevrolet collection for Colorado parts if the specific H3 component you need isn't currently listed.

🔧 H2 = Tahoe / Suburban Underneath The Hummer H2's premium pricing (new and used) is largely about the body, ground clearance, and off-road hardware — the underlying drivetrain is shared with GM's full-size SUV family. A Tahoe transfer case fits. A Suburban rear differential fits. The combined Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon donor pool gives H2 owners far better parts availability and pricing than H2-only sourcing.
