ADAS calibration assumes OEM geometry. An aftermarket subframe that's 1.5mm off in a suspension mounting point can cause persistent ADAS warnings that can't be resolved through calibration alone. AWD vehicles are even more sensitive — subframe geometry affects driveshaft angle and AWD balance on platforms like the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4.
